Russell Lane
Mentor in software and first-generation students
- 🇺🇸 Atlanta, Georgia, United States
- Hillcrest Community Trust
- Since 2006
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 560 people through Hillcrest Community Trust.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I fix old bicycles.
More about Russell
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
