Helping people break into finance
- 🇷🇺 Novosibirsk, Novosibirsk Oblast, Russia
- Phoenix Learning Hub
- 1987 to 2018
- English, Ukrainian
For 31 years I've mentored people in finance and nursing. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Ruslan: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
