Runa Rahima Howlader
Coached wrestling for 19 years in Bogra
- 🇧🇩 Bogra, Rajshahi, Bangladesh
- Bogra Jacaranda Youth Club
- Since 2007
- English, Spanish
For 19 years I've run the wrestling program at Bogra Jacaranda Youth Club in Bogra. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.

I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Runa: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
