Runa Popy Howlader

32 years teaching environmental science in Kolkata

  • 🇮🇳 Kolkata, West Bengal, India
  • Kolkata Girls' School
  • 1987 to 2011
  • English, Bengali
I taught environmental science at Kolkata Girls' School in Kolkata from 1987 to 2011. Most days I taught teenagers, and I never once raised my voice. I ran the chess club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays. I'm still learning every day.
