Runa Bithi Sikder
Small business mentor, Dhaka
- 🇧🇩 Dhaka, Dhaka, Bangladesh
- Since 1983
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,980 people through Dhaka Mentoring Circle.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I walk the dog by the river.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
