Ruma Maliha Molla
Mentor in software and careers
- 🇧🇩 Cox's Bazar, Chattogram, Bangladesh
- Cox's Bazar Association
- 2000 to 2008
- English, Bengali
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 420 people through Cox's Bazar Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Ruma
If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.
What gifts mean to Ruma: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
