Ruma Lipi Sultana

Helping people break into teaching

  • 🇧🇩 Bogra, Rajshahi, Bangladesh
  • Windsor Mentoring Circle
  • 2013 to 2024
  • English, Bengali
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 590 people through Windsor Mentoring Circle. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
