I've coached baseball at Lahore Youth Club since 2006. Most of my players were between 11 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. My door was open at lunch.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Rukhsar
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
