Rukhsar Afshan Qazi

Volunteer mentor with Mount Pleasant Youth Network

🇵🇰 Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan
Mount Pleasant Youth Network
Since 2006
English, Urdu

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,160 people through Mount Pleasant Youth Network. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.

More about Rukhsar

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

Areas of mentoring

Finance

What gifts mean to Rukhsar: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
