Rui Lin

Retired geography teacher from Hobart Academy

  • 🇦🇺 Hobart, Tasmania, Australia
  • Hobart Academy
  • 1999 to 2019
  • English
Hobart Academy was my second home. I taught geography there from 1999 to 2019, mostly mixed-ability classes. Outside the classroom I bake for the whole street at New Year. Inside it, I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk. I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

More about Rui

Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

What gifts mean to Rui: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
