I've coached cross country at Parramatta Athletic Club since 1979. Most of my players were between 10 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I garden badly but happily.
More about Rui
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Rui: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
