Rudi Reza Kusuma
Youth clubs organizer in Medan

- Medan Neighborhood Trust
- 2013 to 2023

I'm a volunteer. Mostly youth clubs, sometimes food bank, always with a flask of tea.
I try to remember everyone's name. Small habits keep a team together.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
