For 37 years I was the biology teacher at Baobab Middle School. I taught Grade 6 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I had 1,410 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Ruby
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the capital, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Ruby: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
