Helping people break into first-generation students

For 17 years I've mentored people in first-generation students and design. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Ruby
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
