Ruby G. Acosta

Retired home economics teacher from Valley View Primary School

Valley View Primary School was my second home. I taught home economics there from 1991 to 2016, mostly the final-year class. I coached the school's athletics team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.

More about Ruby

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the mountains, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
