Baking, done properly
- 🇺🇸 Los Angeles, California, United States

I'm a baking specialist. If you live around Los Angeles, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I always make time for a proper cup of tea.
More about Ruby
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Ruby: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
