Ruby C. Martin

Professor of linguistics, Parkside University

  • 🇺🇸 Los Angeles, California, United States
  • Parkside University
  • 1994 to 2004
  • English
I taught linguistics at Parkside University from 1994 to 2004, and supervised 22 dissertations along the way. I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I run most mornings. It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

More about Ruby

If you wrote a dissertation with me, I probably still have a copy on my shelf.

What gifts mean to Ruby: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
