Ruby B. Thornton
Master of blacksmithing, now teaching apprentices
- 🇬🇧 Southampton, England, United Kingdom
- Old Sakura Workshop
- 2008 to 2025
- English, Spanish
My trade is blacksmithing. I opened my own shop in 2008 in Southampton and I'm still there most mornings.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I always make time for a proper cup of tea.

What gifts mean to Ruby: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
