Helping people break into farming
- 🇬🇧 Bristol, England, United Kingdom
- Liberty Foundation
- Since 2008
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 430 people through Liberty Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Rubina
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Rubina: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
