Rubén T. Morales
Volunteer mentor with Parkside Mentoring Circle
- 🇲🇽 Guadalupe, Nuevo León, Mexico
- Parkside Mentoring Circle
- 1987 to 2024
- Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 780 people through Parkside Mentoring Circle.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Rubén
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Rubén: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
