I've coached rugby at Haarlem Athletic Club since 2008. Most of my players were between 10 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
What gifts mean to Ruben: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
