Rubén R. Castillo

Master of thatching, now teaching apprentices

  • 🇦🇷 Buenos Aires, Buenos Aires, Argentina
  • Bayview Repairs
  • Since 1987
  • Spanish
My trade is thatching. I opened my own shop in 1987 in Buenos Aires and I'm still there most mornings. The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 13 years later for another job.

More about Rubén

Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
