Baking, done properly

I've worked in baking from 1999 to 2020. I learned from my grandfather and passed what I could on to 1,220 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 14 years later for another job.
What gifts mean to Ruben: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
