Rubel Alamin Rahman

First-generation students mentor, Gazipur

  • 🇧🇩 Gazipur, Dhaka, Bangladesh
  • Gazipur Community Trust
  • Since 1995
  • English, Bengali
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,400 people through Gazipur Community Trust. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites. Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
