Helping people break into nursing
- 🇿🇦 Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa
- Johannesburg Learning Hub
- Since 2010
- English, Zulu, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 530 people through Johannesburg Learning Hub.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Ruan
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
