Ruan C. Fortuin

Volunteer mentor with Brookfield Foundation

  • 🇿🇦 George, Western Cape, South Africa
  • Brookfield Foundation
  • Since 1995
  • English
For 31 years I've mentored people in leadership and first-generation students. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening. I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once.

If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.
