Ruairi K. MacDonald
Master of masonry, now teaching apprentices
- 🇮🇪 Limerick, Munster, Ireland
- Old Limerick Trades Guild
- 2001 to 2019
- English
I've worked in masonry from 2001 to 2019. I learned from my grandfather and passed what I could on to 1,030 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I never rush a conversation.
What gifts mean to Ruairi: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
