Rowena W. Mabini
Master of welding, now teaching apprentices
- 🇵🇭 Manila, Metro Manila, Philippines
- Old Manila Works
- 1978 to 2015
- English, Filipino
My trade is welding. I opened my own shop in 1978 in Manila and I'm still there most mornings.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I like to keep things simple and honest.
What gifts mean to Rowena: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
