Rowena Pangilinan
Coached cricket for 42 years in Manila
- 🇵🇭 Manila, Metro Manila, Philippines
- Manila Youth Club
- Since 1984
- English
For 42 years I've run the cricket program at Manila Youth Club in Manila. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I watch every football match going.
More about Rowena
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Rowena: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
