I came to teaching late, after working as a radio technician, and twelve years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I'm learning the guitar. Inside it, I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Rowena
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the capital, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Rowena: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

You taught me geography in 2010 at Valley View High School. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard
