Rowena J. Castro
Traditional drumming player and teacher in Lapu-Lapu
- 🇵🇭 Lapu-Lapu, Cebu, Philippines
- Lapu-Lapu Band
- Since 2005
- English
I play traditional drumming and bass. I started in 2005 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I teach about 16 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I watch every football match going.

What gifts mean to Rowena: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.
