Rowan M. Daniels
Mentor in entrepreneurship and engineering
- 🇺🇸 San Diego, California, United States
- Since 2005
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 760 people through Bayview Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Rowan
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
