I taught special education at Arlington Academy in Arlington from 1999 to 2011. Most days I taught Grade 4, and I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
I ran the homework club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I fix old bicycles.
More about Rowan
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the national park, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
