For 37 years I've run the athletics program at Allentown Crown Community Club in Allentown. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I run most mornings.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
