Rowan L. Porter
Teacher at Baton Rouge Academy, loves French
- 🇺🇸 Baton Rouge, Louisiana, United States
- Baton Rouge Academy
- 1987 to 2025
- English
Baton Rouge Academy was my second home. I taught French there from 1987 to 2025, mostly Year 9.
I coached the school's volleyball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Rowan
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

you taught me French in 2009 at Baton Rouge Academy. I still remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on!
