Statistics and mathematics teacher, Tallahassee

- Kilimanjaro High School
- 2003 to 2016

Kilimanjaro High School was my second home. I taught statistics there from 2003 to 2016, mostly the youngest children.
Over the years I had 260 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Rowan
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Rowan: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
