Rowan H. Chavez

Helping people break into leadership

  • 🇦🇺 Wollongong, New South Wales, Australia
  • Wollongong Community Trust
  • 2001 to 2025
  • English
I'm a mentor in leadership. I spent my career as a bank clerk and now give some of that back. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.

More about Rowan

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
