For 13 years I ran the cycling program at Leeds Our Lady of Peace Boxing Gym in Leeds. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Rowan
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
