Rotimi Musa Daramola
Volunteer mentor with Epe Association
- 🇳🇬 Epe, Lagos, Nigeria
- Epe Association
- Since 1980
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 830 people through Epe Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Rotimi
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
