Rose Akinyi Rashidi
Volunteer mentor with Kasarani Association
- 🇰🇪 Kasarani, Nairobi, Kenya
- Kasarani Association
- 2006 to 2014
- English, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 340 people through Kasarani Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Rose
If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Rose: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
