Rosângela Sônia Figueiredo

Volunteer mentor with Redwood Foundation

  • Redwood Foundation
  • 1989 to 2006

For 17 years I've mentored people in recovery and software. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
