Rosângela Ingrid Lima
Volunteer mentor with Santos Youth Network
- 🇧🇷 Santos, São Paulo, Brazil
- Santos Youth Network
- 1985 to 2007
- Portuguese, Spanish
For 22 years I've mentored people in law school and small business. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I run most mornings.
More about Rosângela
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
