Rosângela Antônia Monteiro
Helping people break into nursing
- 🇧🇷 Santarém, Pará, Brazil
- Acacia Community Trust
- 1995 to 2009
- Portuguese, French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 690 people through Acacia Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Rosângela
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
