I've spent 23 years as a lecturer in marine biology at Palermo Institute of Technology in Palermo. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more. I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk. It sounds small, but students remember small things. It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
