Rosa Valdez

Helping people break into leadership

  • 🇺🇸 Greensboro, North Carolina, United States
  • Beacon Community Trust
  • 2006 to 2015
  • English, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 160 people through Beacon Community Trust. I answered every email, even at midnight. I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
