Rosa H. Valdez
Traditional drumming player and teacher in Cambridge
- 🇺🇸 Cambridge, Massachusetts, United States
- Cambridge Band
- 2009 to 2019
- English, Spanish
I play traditional drumming and songwriting. I started in 2009 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I take the work seriously, though not myself.
More about Rosa
I wrote my first song when I was 20. It was terrible and I still love it.

What gifts mean to Rosa: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.
