Baking for 35 years in Monterrey
- 🇲🇽 Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico
- The Victory Repairs
- Since 1991
- English, Spanish
I've worked in baking since 1991. I learned from my grandmother and passed what I could on to 2,030 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 25 years later for another job.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
What gifts mean to Rosa: Any gift will help me keep the workshop open for evening lessons.
