Rosa C. Cruz
Home economics and drama teacher, San Jose
- 🇺🇸 San Jose, California, United States
- San Jose Secondary School
- Since 1985
- English
I teach home economics at San Jose Secondary School in San Jose since 1985. Most days I teach first-year students, and I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
Over the years I've had 860 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Rosa
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Rosa: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
