Rory K. O'Brien

Taught special education at Galway Girls' School

  • 🇮🇪 Galway, Connacht, Ireland
  • Galway Girls' School
  • 1979 to 2017
  • English
For 38 years I was the special education teacher at Galway Girls' School. I taught Grade 11 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help. Over the years I had 680 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

More about Rory

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the old fort, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
