Rory H. McDonnell
Mentor in careers and trades
- 🇮🇪 Dublin, Leinster, Ireland
- 1983 to 1991
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 270 people through Sakura Learning Hub.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I run most mornings.
More about Rory
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Rory: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
